How long does shipping take to reach Argentina?
Shipping to Argentina can take upto 12 working days, however once we have dispatched the order we no longer have control on shippping dates.
What if my order goes missing? Will I get a refund or compensasion?
If your order goes missing we will lodge an investigation with the postal company, however, you can purchase insurance for the parcel at an extra cost of $13 NZD. You will get a full refund or your money back, whichever is easiest for you.
My payment went through twice
If you experience a payment going out twice, we can give you a full refund.

How do I require signature on my order?
Most of our orders are signature required, however signature does not apply to International Standard Air Mail.
Does BLOOM NZ have a return policy or exchange policy?
We sure do, they are lcoated under "Legal".
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
To make an exchange or return, simply ship your items back to us, after a thorough inspection we will be able to determine wether the item/s were intentionally damaged or accidently damaged. If you wanted just to return it becasue you didnt want it, we will ned the item/s back in the same condition it was dispatched in. False details are an offence.
How long does shipping usually take?
Within NZ, it can take upto 3 working days, Australia can take upto 6 working days and anywhere else in the world, can take upto 12 working days. Note: once your order has left our depot, we no longer have control over the delivery time.
